The majority female (78.1%), Latinx (39.2%), Black (18.9%). Median age disease onset was 14 years (IQR 12-16 years). 55.1% (N=163) documented all three 96.0% (121/126) did meet failed criterion. 79.3% (96/121) criterion diagnosis had additional visit that examined for flare frequency. Additional lesions consistent with 68 patients. Of 28 ≥1 lesion before their visit, 10 within 6-month interval. With these data, actually fulfilled 58.4% (173/296) 40 after 33 (82.5%) 1-year period. Patients less likely ever received dermatology (34.1% vs 55.0% p < 0.001). Over 40% do criteria. Many experience longer interval, suggesting this may be too strict population.
